BUBBLING is a newly written play derived from real stories and verbal interviews of immigrants in the UK who feel stuck and isolated from the world and their life experiences in a foreign country. The endless questions express their uncertainties, insecurities, and complex emotions deep inside in a combination of experimental movements, absurd languages, and performing arts.

The play features a poetic journey of three spirits discovering themselves in pursuit of the ultimate definition of contemporary living in a romantically dreamy space. How can those spirits negotiate with themselves when they are facing the inevitable trap that this life is offering? This devising piece aims to question the ontological existence of the ideas of ‘trapped’ and their contemporary manifestations through the unfolding of a seemingly illogical and far-fetched conversation.

This stream-of-consciousness play is praised as “A Contemporary Samuel Beckett work”.
